Guest Relations Agent Qatar Luxury Hotel Group
We are looking for experienced GUEST RELATIONS AGENT to join the team of new opening hotel in Doha, Qatar. The hotel is a part of a well-known, luxury hotel brand in the world.
As a Guest Relations Agent, you will be a part of the Front Office Team which is the main connection between the Guest, the hotel, and the various hotel departments.
Main duties of Guest Relations Agent :
Check the guest arrival reports in advance of VIP Guest check-in and coordinate with Housekeeping on room allocations for VIP guests
Welcome of VIP Guests, including serving as an escort to the Executive Lounge and other VIP Guest rooms
Manage the Guest Relations Desk in the hotel lobby
To be the main point of contact for VIP guests and ensure hotel departments are fully briefed on VIP Guest requirements
Maintain current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing and special promotional offers, as well as daily VIP and special events
Skills and experience needed :
Hospitality qualification
at least 2 years'' experience in similar position from 4 / 5 star hotels
excellent communication and presentation
fluent English
Calm, efficient, and organized with great attention to detail
Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
A passion for delivering exceptional Customer Service
Proven ability to listen and respond to demanding Guest needs
Conflict resolution experience
Start : ASAP, subject to visa
