Qualification :

B.Sc. in an Engineering discipline from a recognizedUniversity; higher degree would be advantageous.

Membership of a recognized professional engineeringassociation / institution.

PMP certificationwould be advantageous.

Experience :

Minimum 18years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas Industry withan IOC, EPIC Contractor or Oil & Gas Company in majorprojects implementation, of which a minimum of 8 years in theposition of Head / Lead Project Control Engineer with EngineeringDesign Consultant or EPIC Contractor in Oil & GasIndustry.

Hands on experience with planningand scheduling software packages such as Primavera P6, P6Analytics, Primavera Risk Analysis, MS Project, MS Office andSAP.

Experienced in the implementation ofindustry best practices and Company's systems, processesand standards.

Experienced in supportingdevelopment of project execution strategies, engineering andproject management processes and project executionplans.

Familiar with activities and tasksrelated to engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation,commissioning and start-up of offshore Oil & Gas majorprojects.

Extensive skills in management, effective communication,conflict resolution and presentation ability.
