Key Tasks and Responsibilities :
To read, understand and implement the Company’s Health Safety Environmental and Quality Policy and the arrangements described in the Company Management System
To read and understand and adhere to all procedures and work instructions pertaining to the role.
Execute the integrated systems completions / start-up program between the construction and operations phases. The individual will assist and support the project Mechanical Completions Coordinator / CMS Engineer in the development and day to day management of company Completions Management System.
Updating and maintaining the Completions Management System database during the life of the project.
Management and control of all project verification activities; verifying and issuing of certification for mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, and commissioning through to the handover to the client
To provide guidance, training and oversight regarding CMS systems completions database to HUC project team, PMT, and client.
Issue and set up of progress and status reports to management on a pre-determined basis
Implementation and coordination to capture preservation in the CMS database.
Assist with the preparation of handover dossiers including, Ready for Commissioning Dossiers, Ready for Start-up Dossiers
Assist the punch list co-ordinator with the preparation of walkdown packs.Support in Preparation of System Completion Dossiers
Key Deliverables In Assist the Fabrication and HUC team with efficient & effective project delivery. Ensure consistency / alignment of process across McDermott Projects in conjunction with the HUC Function Governance & Assurance System & sub system limit marked up drawings and register from Completions / Commissioning engineers Key deliverables transmittal / registers from Engineering through Document Control to include P&ID, BLD, SLD Engineering metadata registers reviewed and verified by completions Scoping registers reviewed and verified by completions HUC Project team to supply approved completions flowchart / roadmap for population of handover certificates Input from HUC project and PMT for creation of report collections HUC Project team to review and approve handover certificates, A, B and C checksheets prior to assignment in CMS system.
Preservation requirements regarding checksheet implementation
Key Deliverables Out CMS database configured and set up to manage, report current status and certify completion. Essential Qualifications and Education :
Technical Diploma in a related field
5 years experience in major oil and gas projects
Experience in the functionality of PIMS R4 and Lucy Console or other Completions software systems.
