  • Liaising with existing staffmembers, managers, supervisors, and clients in order to achieve setgoals.
  • Observing, analyzing, and offeringsuggestions on current operations.
  • Schedulingmeetings and training sessions with staff and otherstakeholders.
  • Assisting with recruitment,training, and onboarding processes.
  • Establishing professional relationships with clients,staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensuring allhealth and safety, as well as company regulations are followed bystaff at all times.
  • Liaising with staff andorganizing teambuilding events that take everyone's needsinto account.
  • Conducting research, writing upreports, and presenting findings to staff and otherstakeholders.
  • Maintaining relationships withclients and finding creative ways to expand theorganization.
  • Attending workshops, lectures,and training sessions wherever possible.
