Develop and manage theOffline / Online Marketing and Communication budget for thehotel.
Develop Offline / Online Marketing andCommunication strategies and execute programs to maximize the imageof the hotel.
Improve the profitability of theproperty through Offline / Online Marketing and Communicationstrategies that generate income or reduce costs through effectivemanagement and planning.
Execute proceduresand policies controlling and ensuring that all marketing actions,promotions, advertisements project an image that is in line withthe standards of the company.
Act as aspokesperson for the hotel and as a member of the company'scrisis management team.
Work with corporateOffline / Online Marketing and Communication team to develop andexecute brand initiatives
Manage therelationship with the press following the company'sstandards, developing and promoting positive relationships withlocal, national, international media and industry partners in keymarkets.
Develop promotional activitiesfollowing the standards of the brand and the company.
Develop and maintain all media lists and contactinformation.
Maintain an updated library ofphotos and videos, including a photographic record of all media anddedicated events.
Submit monthly reports ofmedia measurements to DOSM and General Management.
Create the brand plan and annual communication of thehotel along with the marketing plan to support and drive marketpenetration and the overall effectiveness of sales.
