Job Specification

Provide SHES direction, guidance and leadershipto NFS Onshore PMT and CONTRACTOR(s) for fieldwork across all EPC packagesduring night shift.

Perform oversight of CONTRACTOR(s) andeffectively manage a team of SHES Specialists to ensure compliance with allProject & RLC SHES requirements, and communicate and verify the effectiveresolution of SHES compliance issues.

Support SHES Head in the site implementation andverification of the NFS Onshore EPC SHES Plans & Procedures through clearplanning, formal communication and interface between all involved parties.

Support the NFS Onshore EPC CONTRACTOR(s) in thepreparation for site mobilization and to provide expert Safety, Health,Environment and Security (SHES) advice and guidance to all PMT and CONTRACTOR ProjectArea Division Managers, and disciplines during all phases of the Project, toachieve the Mission to protect its people, assets and environment.
