Application Location : In country hireJob Description : Main responsibility is planning, organizing, and directing the completion of specific projects while ensuring these projects are on time, on budget, and within scope.
Coordinate with various project team managers to finalize quality, cost, and time goals for project. Provides strategic leadership and technical, operational, financial, and managerial leadership for successful implementation of project activities.
Lead, coach and develop a team of venue production team members including local staff and suppliers. Provides oversight of program implementation including all activities, outputs, and outcomes related to project management and administration, including reporting, budget development and monitoring, financial transactions, execution of project plans, and project performance.
Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality and Culinary Arts or Business Management would be advantageous. Good knowledge of HSE / HACCP principles & Catering business procedures (Knowledge of food, food hygiene (including hazard analysis and critical control points) and food preparation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven experience in managing large scale F&B projects, ideally catering.
