Qualifications To be successful in this dynamic opportunity we envision that your career journey to date will include Bachelor Degree partnered with a minimum of 8 years of related experience with the most recent 2 years in a leadership role Previous experience with volume hiring of professional staff including minimum 400500 hires per annum 1000 proposal roles per annum etc Knowledge within Architecture Engineering and or Construction Recruitment is required Familiarity with enterprise level Applicant Tracking Systems ATS and Human Resources software Previous experience of iCIMS ATS is preferable but not essential Demonstrable track record in direct sourcing models ie minimum 98 direct hires per annum Knowledge of GCC employment law and legislative requirements Proven experience managing and prioritizing multiple campaigns projects and client relationships Experience managing or active involvement in diversity and inclusion initiatives as they relate to talent acquisition Degree or Masters level qualification in Human Resource Management Psychology Business or equivalent preferred CIPD SHRM REC or equivalent highly regarded KEOs performance is founded upon integrity results innovation safety and our people We embrace diversity and recognise its contribution to client success wherever we work We are excited to hear how you can partner with our awardwinning team and treat all expressions of interest confidentially
