  • To draft and reviewbid submission content, ensuring all bids are submitted on time andfully compliant with the requirements.
  • Coordinate clarification questions, forward tothe client to monitor responses. Meeting quarterly and annualrevenue targets
  • Contactsubcontractors and ensure the quotations are received on time andcomply with tender specifications.
  • Arrange site-visits schedules and other meetings with companyrepresentatives and clients.
  • Followup and track the progress of submitted tenders.
  • Check tenders ads on official websites andnewspaper.
  • Work with FacilitiesManagement Operations and Divisional manager and support them toobtain the business leads and acumen.
