Develop all Operations' Plantsrequired documentation in accordance with established companyPolicies & Procedures, Gas / oil industry and Internationalstandards and to meet ISO 9000 & 14000 requirements.
Produce concise and accurate technical andsafety related documents.
Review andrevise the existing Operations' Plants documentationincluding Risk Assessment of Operation Documents and proposeCriticality Level for the Operation procedures in coordination withOperations Section Heads / Superintendents, and when applicable withother departments Line Management / Supervision.
Prepare associated Start Up, Shutdown, Operating proceduresand training programs for implementation, and then train the PlantOperations Shift personnel.
Ensure thatall Plant Operations Staff are briefed on all related operationsprocedures (newly issued and revised), including Safety,Engineering and Maintenance related job procedures and StandingInstructions in coordination with Training & CompetencyLead.
Same approach applies to Projects documentation including thechanges on existing facilities.
Participate in the identification of operating areas requiringchange or alteration of a technical nature to meet varyingoperating conditions to determine impact on Plant documentation anddevelop solutions and required training of concernedpersonnel.
Act as the Documentation andComputer Focal Point for the Sections within the Department toensure all Data Files are backed-up regularly in the MasterProcedure Database by Document Controller.
Conduct Monthly / Weekly Review Meetings with Assets / Customers toreview performance and action items. Prepare Monthly Report andAction Plans.
Work closely with theEngineering Group- Documents and Standards Section in thepreparation and maintenance of Standardised Documentation layoutand display in the Intranet Portals.
Develop policies, procedures for application to all Operationsactivities, from onshore and offshore production to customerinterface.
Present draft documentation for management approval,leading up to Material printing anddistribution.
