The Main Purpose of your role is to :
Support Business partner acquisition strategies, to help ensure continued growth and profitability for the company.
Actively approach targeted business clients (telephone, email, social networks, events, etc.)
Data collection / lead creation of all vertical / categories stores, present in the local market
Maintaining competition comparison reports
Uploading all the finalized agreements on the system
Source for new business leads and ensuring acquisition plans are in line with company goals
Monitor and report performance of newly acquired partners.
Support in achieving forecasted Business goals through targeted efforts in building customer base with value-add partners.
Communicate and advise on sourcing and acquisition strategies, market trends and health of partner pipeline
Demonstrate the features and benefits of Company instrumentation to potential partners.
Set demo sessions with the potential partners to be converted.
Meet customer requirements (responsive, schedule conscious, etc.) and maintain relationships.
Provide forecasts, reports, marketing intelligence, and industry information.
Attend and represent the Company at local exhibitions & events.
On-board new partners and keep the communication alive.
Keep updates of trending and new business openings and generate communication channels with them.
Proactive in reaching decision makers.
Maintain & update CRM information on all leads / partners.
Do you have some of these? :
2-4 years of experience in eCommerce, FMCG, Retail, Food Delivery, SaaS or similar
The above experience should be in commercial and customer facing roles
Well versed in data analysis and reporting
Comfortable working in a non-structured environment
Crisis management skills
Experience with B2B negotiations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with Salesforce is desirable
Bachelor's degree in management, economics, finance or marketing. Masters is a plus
English proficiency. Additionally, Arabic or Hindi / Urdu
