A leading Group operating several ultra luxury retail stores is looking for an enthusiastic and professional Retail Operations Manager to manage the entire Retail operation the group.

Role Purpose Reporting to the CEO the Retail Operations Manager is fully responsible for the short and longterm planning as well as management of the entire fashion retail division in all stores to achieve highest customer satisfaction and quality service while meeting exceeding financial goals.

Responsibilities include but not limited to Day to Day Management Manage all fashion retail daytoday operations within budget and to the highest standards.

Monitor purchasing and receiving procedures for stock and supplies to ensure proper quantity quality and price for all purchases.

Maintain records of inventory and daily business volumes. Conducts periodic audits covering different aspects for all outlets to ensure absolute compliance with standards policies procedures and laws.

Financial Goals Oversee and build sales budgets projections costs and overhead for each store after approval monitor and take corrective action as necessary to help assure that budget goals are attained.

Approves all product invoices and purchase orders before submitting to the accounting department. Monitor analyze and control all labor and inventory costs.

This includes preparing the appropriate reports charts and schedules to ensure that budgets are met or exceeded while quality is maintained and improved.

Staff Management Development Manage all retail Division staff by acting as a leader and role model. Coordinate with the human resources department to hire train develop discipline and counsel all retail division staff according to company policies and procedures.

Assures that effective orientation and training for new staff and professional development activities for experienced staff are planned and implemented.

Work with the human resources department to develop and implement staff evaluation parameters. Conducts routine staff meetings and ensure positive fair and motivating work environment and provide 1 to 1 feedback and coaching to all direct reports.

Develops goals and KPIs for the retail division staff. Customer Focus Maintain high level of guest satisfaction by delivery of improved product through employee development job engineering and quality image.

Address guest complaints and advise CEO about appropriate corrective actions taken. Continuously monitor guest feedback online and respond accordingly.

Marketing Helps plan the marketing and sales promotion activities for the Retail division. Research new products and develops an analysis of the costprofit benefits.

Planning Development Develops and implements new policies procedures guides customer service guidelines reports metrics for Retail divisions as required.

Assures that all standard operating procedures for revenue and cost control are in place and consistently utilized. Develop and manage the implementation of pricing models policies rate sheets package deals promotions displays decorations and presentation within corporate guidelines to meet exceed sales and financial goals and objectives.

Develop retail vision strategy and plan to drive topline growth and bottomline profitability. Keep aware of new trends systems practices and equipment in the fashion retail industry and implement as fit.

Compliance Inspects to ensure that all safety sanitation energy management preventive maintenance and other standards are consistently met.

Ensure compliance with Municipality regulations and Qatar laws.
