DohaJob DescriptionResponsible for ensuring the effective management of all the financial matters of the hotel, working closely with other departments in matters affecting the financial operations of the property.
To interact as required with suppliers and other business partners outside the hotel such as lawyers, insurance companies, tax consultants, auditors, commercial and government banks.
Taking full Responsibility for month-end closing.Preparing monthly account reconciliations and taking actions accordingly.
Preparing monthly invoices for other Anantara Hotels, General Manager, Store and Shop rentals.Preparing all journal vouchers for month-
end closing.Preparing monthly financial statements for distribution to Department Heads and Executives.Approving various city ledger transactions before postingApproving payment requests, travel expenses, employee advances and petty cash prior to payment.
Providing input to budget preparation and input, forecast reports and monthly reporting to corporate office.Performing related duties and special projects as assigned.
QualificationsAt least Bachelor Degree in AccountingAt least 5 year experience in overall supervision of accounting functions in the capacity of Chief Accountant or Financial Manager.
