DohaThe PA / PR is responsible for admin related tasks assigned by the GM in addition to PR related to work related processes.

Key Accountabilities : Assist in meetings held with client.Follow-up with clients on their related work tasks.Follow-up with suppliers or subcontracts on work tasks.

Prepare quotes, filing, and other organizational matters.Follow-up and attend to clients inquiry and if required outbond sales calls.

Follow-up and complete required PR related Government matters.Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge : Fluency in EnglishArabic Speaking is advantageProficiency in MS officeCompetencies : Planning and OrganizingHigh level of time managementFast learnerSelf -
