This brand-new fine dining restaurant, which is going to be overseen by a 3 Michelin Star trained chef, is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join its stable brigade.
You will be creating a stunning array of fine European dishes using only the freshest to ensure the best culinary experience possible.
To be considered for this role, you must have proven experience within establishments of a least 1 Michelin Star rating.
As Sous Chef, you will be working closely with the head chef to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen as well as be involved in the training and development of the junior chefs in the brigade.
You will also be responsible for running the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef. Your package will include return flights, accommodation with bills covered, free meals, all necessary visas, medicals, etc.
and this will be topped off with a competitive salary of £20,000 per annum tax free.
