About Your Job :
You will be responsible to manage cleaning department with an efficient team of cleaning staff and provide a high standard of cleaning service.
You will also develop and implement effective cleaning manual and training modules to ensure food safety, hygiene standard and safety measures are maintained.
Also you have to allocate cleaning tasks and responsibilities to cleaners to enable all cleaning to be carried out in a safe, timely and efficient manner and will also be responsible for proper documentation and record of cleaning materials stock and monthly inventory.
You will strictly implement the hygiene and safety guidelines and instructions.
Finally, you will be in charge of ensuring continuous clean, safe and hygienic environment is maintained by using highly sophisticated technical equipment and well trained manpower, as well as identifying and imparting training and developments within the department.
About You :
In order to be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years job-
related experience. It is essential that you have the capability to solve problems, have excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
Moreover, you should know how to handle cleaning chemicals, sensitive and sophisticated production equipment, machineries and cleaning tools.
