About Your Job :
In this role you will manage all Infrastructure related requirements which includes evaluation of available local technologies in the stations against the standard specifications, implementation, remote support, system administration and vendor coordination.
The role involves managing the implementation of IT Systems to Doha, patch management, OS deployments, providing 2nd level support to the Doha Region responsible for.
Your role includes level 2 support and monitoring Doha Infrastructure like LAN switches / routers, wireless network management, print solution support, Nexthink desktop monitoring solution, etc.
You would be providing Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, LAN, WAN etc. installed in QR Group. Your focus in this role would be enhancing End-
User experience and to ensure the System rollout, Project tasks, ITSRs and Incidents are completed with the agreed SLOs.
About You :
To be successful in this role, you are required to hold a Graduate Degree in Graduate in Computers / Engineering / Diploma or equivalent, Certification Course in CCNA / CCNP / MCP or MCSE.
You must have minimum 3 years of total experience in supporting Desktops, Laptops, Printers, CISCO Products such as Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Load Balancers and IPS / IDS, supporting and managing IT Assets.
You must have an in depth knowledge of implementation and administration of End User equipment, Structured Cabling, Switches, Routers, LAN, WAN.
You should be able to communicate effectively between various stakeholders and customers.
