Job Specifications :
The Food and Beverage Operations Manager is responsible for the performance and operation of key food and beverage outlets including guest dining experience, business volume, colleagues’ management, quality standards, and productivity to achieve the financial results.
S / he creatively develops and implements business plan for the key outlets. S / he is responsible for guiding all service colleagues’ assigned in the outlet.
S / he also adheres to food safety and health standards of the outlet and ensures team compliance.
Job Qualifications :
The Food and Beverage Operations Manager must be motivated, proactive, vibrant, innovative, and desires to delight our guests and colleagues.
S / he must have good business rapport in a multicultural environment and strong drive for result. S / he must also be updated with the latest food and beverage operations and trends.
S / he is required to have a minimum of 2 years work experience in the same capacity (preferably in a luxury hotel, in Middle East or in Asia).
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic speaking would be an added value) and have the computer skills (e.g. Excel, Power point, word, requisitions system, etc.).
