You as a Business Development Specialist, Electrical Vehicle Infrastructure will be a part of the Electrification Products division and will be based in Doha, Qatar.
In this role, you will be responsible to define, plan and ensure implementation of product marketing strategies in assigned area to meet business objectives and in line with global product strategy.
You will also be responsible to build long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues.
Identify and develop sales opportunities. You are accountable to oversee all sales and marketing activities, and support local sales organizations in driving sales and services of EV Infrastructure in the Gulf sub-region.
Your tasks as a Business Development Specialist, Electrical Vehicle Infrastructure will include the following :
Identify and assist in the development of potential opportunities at early stage (feasibility, feed). Create added value for the customer and ABB and ensures the successful outcome of transactions, contracts and proposals by using effective sales techniques.
Prepare offers and ensure appropriate technical and commercial offers, including prices and trading conditions. Communicate details in accordance with ABB offering and strategy (delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions).
Responsible for product approvals through utilities and key stake holders.
Prepare business plans focused on business development for a defined market.
Identify and drive the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensure know-how sharing and cross-collaboration.
Ensure know-how sharing and cross-collaboration. Support partners and customers with after sales service or product or systems related to EV Charging Solutions.
Ideally you should have an Electrical or Electronic Engineering with minimum 5-7 years of experience in product management, sales, business development.
Good commercial feeling and understand business-to-business sales for industrial (electrical) equipment. Experience on Electrical Vehicle Infrastructure or Chargers and E-
Mobility is highly beneficial. Experience in the local market either with an Automobile Industry or reputed MNC.
