1. Detailed Roles and Responsibilities :

OPERATIONAL (90%)

  • Development, implementation, enhancement and support of theBank’s e-Channels and ESB applications (IIB).
  • Development of new services based on Businessrequirements.
  • Support all e-Channel and ESBapplications
  • Oversee the identification,design and implementation of appropriate security measures / controlsin relation to the e-Channels and ESB.
  • Enforce compliance with Bank’s system developmentlifecycle (SDLC) methodology in relation to the e-Channels andESB.
  • Provide technical leadership andexpertise in relation to e-Channels and ESB, as and whenrequired.
  • Manage the unit’sresources to mitigate disruption of services and recurring problemsand issues.
  • Communicate recurring and / orserious issues to Senior Management in a timely manner.
  • Engage the Network Administrators, Network SecurityAdministrators, Quality Assurance team and suitable externalsecurity service providers to conduct vulnerability assessments ofthe bank’s e-Channels and ESB application, in a periodicbasis.
  • Monitor the articulation of alternateapproaches in solving problems and provide advice towards the mostefficient and effective approach.
