  • Implement scalable processes andsolutions for content creation, management and governance thatsupport the overall digital vision.
  • Adoptcontent creation strategies to improve the customer experience andincrease customer loyalty and retention.
  • Manage the day-to-day project planning / assignmentoperations of the Content team. Supervises daily content supportrequests and operations and ensures compliance with policies,standards and procedures
  • Collaborate with theDesign teams and other stakeholders to plan and develop sitecontent, style and layout. Proof-read, edit and approve websitecontent before publishing to ensure consistency with the brand toneof voice.
  • Monitor and provide direction to theCopy writers to ensure high quality output anddeliverables.
  • Optimize web pages and contentaccording to SEO best practices.
