Reporting to Regional Marketing Manager, you will support the development, integration, and execution of profitable and effective customer engagement and multi-
channel marketing strategies that will drive customer acquisition, retention and cross-sell efforts.
In this role, you will assist the Regional Marketing Manager in the development of regional marketing plan alongside coordination of new route launches activities, events, PR and social media.
Monitor budget utilization for region and stations, ensuring it’s aligned with monthly utilization plan.
Further to this you will coordinate both PR and CSR activities in the region as well as support to carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys where relevant
About You :
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in business administration or marketing) combined with a minimum of four years of Marketing experience preferably in the Airline Industry.
Knowledge of Africa market dynamics will be an added advantage alongside planning and analytical skills with excellent oral and written communication.
You will have a proven ability to develop, maintain and foster relationships at all levels within Qatar Airways.
