DohaAbout Your JobYou will provide organizational design expertise to business leaders and to the HR team, to create organization structure and operating model that aligns with the organization’s long-term vision.
You will be responsible to participate in review jobs and manage the job evaluation process for Qatar Airways group including outstations.
Additionally, as a senior organizational Design specialist, you will provide advice and guidance to line manager on the construction of meaningful job descriptions that support their respective businesses, flagging gaps and overlaps with similar roles in other parts of the organization.
Key accountabilities include : Oversee and ensure the internal equity is maintained across QR group’s job evaluations through sound and consistent application of Job Evaluation (JE) framework, standards, processes and tools including in-depth analysis / assessment of job context and internal comparisons for all job evaluation submissions.
Utilize current HR technology and systems to achieve highest level of accuracy and customer satisfaction, by automating organizational design to map organization changes.
Work in close cooperation with HR business support team members to ensure consistency.Set the framework and monitor the progress of all JE and organization design projects, starting from initial planning and design through to implementation.
Identifies training requests, training needs, delivers job analysis, job description training to QR stakeholders.Facilitate discussions with line management and HR business support team in creating optimal organization design.
Participate in the design of the organization design approach that treats the group as a system and ensures its operating model supports the business strategy people, processes, systems and culture.
Create and maintain job families across QR group to accomplish compensation objectives.About YouA successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in business HR, psychology or organizational behavior with a minimum of 6 years of job related experience and a certification in Hay Job Evaluation methodology.
You will have an understanding of corporate change on organizational design, organizational effectiveness concepts and be able to demonstrate a deep knowledge of organization development, design, methodologies, tools, business strategy and operations.
Additionally, you should also be able to demonstrate the ability to anticipate future trends / consequences and create innovative strategies.
