Develop new business strategies, conduct market analysis, and develop new and improved methods for marketing products through various new and traditional media.
To make deep dive analysis to understand the profitability and profitability levers for each segment, subsegment, customer, product and based on these root causes analysis proposed and drive action plan to deliver increased value through the right combination of growth and profitability increase.
Compiles and distributes financial and statistical informationDefines a marketing communications platform, in line with operational programs, actions and budgets : Marketing communications objectives,Product / service offer,Targets,Geographical priorities,Timing (product launch, special events, etc.
Distribution channels,Competition actions,Mix media and promotional tools,Budget and KPI’s.Informs and validates content and timing of the plan with marketing and sales teams, prior to development.
Implements the plan and produces the corresponding actions and tools by respecting budget : Selects suppliers and follows production,Manages relationships with media and event organizers, develops and books media and event programs,Delivers marketing communications tools to sales force,Organizes and controls schedules,Organizes follow up of actions and control KPI’s.
MARCOM PLANNING & EXECUTIONPropose, implement and execute MARCOM plan (Marketing and Communication) as agreed during beginning of each year and develops marketing campaignsDevises and presents ideas, strategies and promotional activitiesMaintains permanent contact with marketing and sales to adapt the marketing communication plan to business evolution.
Follows marketing communication activities and organizes benchmark.Through KPI’s, measures impact and efficiency of the plan, adapts when necessary.
In cooperation with marketing and sales, manages or contributes to the management of brand awareness and customer satisfaction surveys.
MARKETING MATERIALSEnsure that qualification files are completed for all targeted customers which also includes preparation of necessary marketing tools such as company brochures and other marketing materials.
