HR Specialist typically have accountability and expertise in coaching, change management, HR transformation projects, content development, internal-external communications, performance monitoring and business acumen.
Job Responsibilities : Translating the HR strategy so leaders and team members understand and are equipped to fulfill the strategyTracking and sharing progress and performance to keep the HR organization informedEnabling improvements in engagement, performance and retention within HRBuilding change agility to accelerate HR transformation effortsHelping leaders articulate the value of HR to business leaders and key partnersDesigns, develops and delivers a management development program to build effective management skills.
Develops specific training programs to improve service performance.Works with leadership team to determine development needs of managers.
Assists in the all phases of the content development cycle, including needs analysis, planning, designing, developing, implementing, evaluating and editing.
Develops participant and instructor materials (course manuals, workbooks, handouts, job aids, etc).Design a compensation package based on business goals and strategyCreate a consistent compensation guideline that matches our work and organizational cultureCreate and analyze job descriptions evaluations and classificationsConduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarksKeep abreast with new trend and best practice in the filedEnsure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations
