ConstructionEnhancement Coordinator in Qatar, to manage the implementation ofthe enhancements within new Roads Projects Department ConstructionContracts.
Run briefings andtraining for Client, Consultant and Contractor organisations.Maintain briefing records and identify requirement for additionalsupport.
Support coaching project teams on enhanced delivery andrecommend improvements.Facilitate workshops, collaborativeplanning, waste walks, 5S audits, lean interventions and problemsolving for consultants and contractors.
Support and review thedevelopment of Lean implementation plans byConsultant / Contractors.Ensure reporting on continuous improvementby project teams.
Support development of and implement projectassessment metrics (tangible and qualitative). Audit and trackproject performance.
Gather quantitative and qualitative data,analyse, report and support actions, applying statistical analysisto advise senior management on status and improvements.
Generate anddemonstrate tangible benefits from projects by use of metrics andLean tools.Support knowledge share sessions across projects,contractors and consultants.
Collect and disseminate examples andideas for innovative and best practiceSupport the development oftools and guidance to support project teamsSupport the developmentof materials for training and briefing, standard procedures andawareness raising.
