We offer competitive compensation and benefit packages.About the Job : As a Cargo Systems Support Manager, you will manage all first level support activities for the Cargo network and internal stakeholders.
You will be responsible to lead all network support initiatives to closure with support and trainings on the proposed solution and lead a 24 X 7 Systems Support operations team.
Ensure reliable 1st level support of the QR Cargo systems to the Cargo network stations and stakeholders in coordination with I.
T, Finance, etc.Monitor and ensure systems defects are recorded and resolved with proper documentation and analysis for smooth function of the systems.
Manage the User Acceptance Testing phase of Production Promotes to ensure system compliance as per team standards.Ensure all enhancements follow the product development guidelines.
Perform business analysis and process mapping activities to suggest nest possible solution to the team.Manage the support team activities and monitor performance of cargo systems.
About You : You will have a minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 7 years of relevant experience within the Airline Cargo Systems Support based environment.
You will ideally have a proven track record in project management in any systems specific development. Experience and knowledge working as a Systems Support Manager in an airline cargo domain especially Reservation, Revenue Management, Pricing and Cargo Operations or related capacity is preferred.
You will be a strong communicator and have the ability to work in a high pressure, fast paced environment. You will have the management ability to delegate work, set clear directions and motivate a team for continuous success, while having the capability to present to senior management level through regular reporting.
Experience and knowledge of Cargo Systems / CROMIS will be preferred.Note : you will be required to attach the following : 1. Resume / CV
