Job Overview :

The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for take-off from drawings / model and validating progress in the field.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities :

Take off quantities from either drawings or the model

Assist in loading the quantity tracking items into the earned value system

Help establish the proper level to track in the earned value system

Help develop quantity tracking items that will be identifiable to construction

Work with engineering to pull quantity data from engineering databases

Verify reported progress through site walk downs

Essential Qualifications and Education :

4-15 years of experience.

Degree / Diploma or equivalent in Construction related experience.
