Overseeing of Spa Reception and Retails, Male and FemaleRelaxation Rooms, Male and Female Changing Rooms, Heat and WaterExperiences, Fitness, Pools, Linen Room, Preparation Room andOffices.
In the absence of Director of Spa& Wellness, will be in charge of the daily spa operationswhich includes but not limited to guest complaints, therapistneeds, telephone calls and Spa reception.
Bethe first point of contact for large groups. Manage thecommunication with group organizer. Offer competitive proposals.
Co-ordinate appointments and update co-ordinator with itineraries.Finalize billing arrangements. On the day of event, be responsiblefor execution.
Co-ordinate with other departments as applicable.i.e. F&B for lunch, hotel concierge for specialrequests.
Follow up on Spa packages, specialrequests and VIPs Complete Spa and Fitness tour to reviewstandards, procedures and operational status.
Dealing with dissatisfied or disgruntledguests.
Ensure that mistakes are corrected andcoach the staff member on the procedures that were performedcorrectly and those that were performed incorrectly.
Reviewing the spa soft for the day and the week to ensurethat everything is booked correctly and efficiently for revenuemaximization.
Reading through the manyessentials e-mails that deal regarding spa, meetings, groups, andVIP’s. Also, replying to guest, vendor, sales andcolleague emails.
Creating an effectiveschedule that meets the needs of the spa as well as works aroundthe hours of the colleague’s availability.
Verifyaccuracy of input in Spa Soft and room assignments.
Responsible for motivating retail sales and ensure thatall sales are recorded accurately.
Good knowledge on computer systems is amust
Prior experience with SpaSoft system willbe an advantage
Minimum of 2 years’experience in the same role
Previousexperience working in a 5-star hotel environment is amust
Previous experience working in the MiddleEast region will be an advantage
Clearcommunication; effective verbal and written communication skills inEnglish
