Follow up the materials used and review their validity datesParticipate in the receiving and storage of all daily requisitionsCheck all the preparation of dishes and ingredients before the beginning of serviceEnsure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation.
To work according to the menu standard of the restaurantParticipate to the daily briefing with team membersParticipate to the daily on the job training, if applicableParticipate to the daily production in different sections of the Kitchen or catering if neededPerforms other related duties as assigned by the Chef in ChargeCoordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control.
Ensuring that health and safety standards are upheld in the kitchen.Keep work area hygienic at all times. Assists other kitchen staff in ensuring that the workstations are kept clean at all times during and after your shift.
