You will provide market research support and actionable customer and brand insights and competitor analysis to Commercial and other internal stakeholder groups involved with worldwide development and commercialization of QR products and services.
You will develop strategic insights and research services to the QR Group to drive brand awareness & commercial productivity through Customer Insights and Market Research.
This is a rare opportunity to influence the strategic direction of the external marketing and commercial strategy by providing insights and research services to frame, investigate and answer key business questions related to successful QR brand and benchmarking research, commercial development research and analytics, alliance brand tracking and customer experience.
About You :
To be successful in this role, you will need a relevant Bachelors degree combined with at least five years of related experience.
You will ideally have two years market research management experience at a head office level. Proficiency in Business Objects / SPSS and SAS is required along with advanced MS Office skills in Excel, PowerPoint and VBA programming.
An ability to think strategically to identify business opportunities and design and execute effective market research plans are required.
