Job Description

  • Interact with Principals Offices / Pricing for securing best rates for the Customers.
  • Preparing / Maintaining monthly secured shipment reports & submitting to senior Managers.
  • Negotiate rate structures, including consolidation lanes, capacity, and customer programs.
  • Present finding to principals.
  • Waiver and discounts follow up and closing.
  • Track and log shipment information in the system.
  • Responsible to securing booking confirmation from vendors.
  • Following up on shipments with sales, customers, and vendors.
  • Opening job cards with complete details.
  • Process flow execution and monitoring.
  • Customer liaison, feedback, and reporting.
  • Service failure should be communicated to the manager and to the customer within the same day.
  • CS will be the key contact and responsible for retention of the customer.
