Overall responsibility for all facets of in-house operations, local sales & marketing presence, staff recruitment & development & legislative adherence.
Full P&L responsibility for the Qatar operation including : Ensure fleet growth in line with business proposal.Develop a market-leading team of industry experts within the Qatar market.
Meet internal reporting & SOP requirements of divisional management.Manage local relationships with external service providers & PR to support growth.
Lead & develop a culture of employee engagement & star-potential’ development.Develop a market-leading service offering, adopting best practice from other regional operations, providing USP within the Qatar market.
