Come join us to live well, work better, and be the best.National Operations Manager is responsible to develop & grow market share of both vehicle leasing & rental in the Qatar market.

Overall responsibility for all facets of in-house operations, local sales & marketing presence, staff recruitment & development & legislative adherence.

Full P&L responsibility for the Qatar operation including : Ensure fleet growth in line with business proposal.Develop a market-leading team of industry experts within the Qatar market.

Meet internal reporting & SOP requirements of divisional management.Manage local relationships with external service providers & PR to support growth.

Lead & develop a culture of employee engagement & star-potential’ development.Develop a market-leading service offering, adopting best practice from other regional operations, providing USP within the Qatar market.

Take responsibility for the financial performance of the business.Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge : Diploma / DegreeMinimum Experience : Minimum 5 years in supervisory level in Fleet or Hospitality IndustryJob-Specific Skills : PC-literate, valid D / L, Auto knowledgeBehavioural Competencies : leadership & motivational skills, communication skills, decision making & administrative skills, analytical judgement, financial awarenessWe’re here to provide excellent service but a little help from you can ensure a five-star candidate experience from start to finish.
