Should be able toevaluate and provide analysis of planned vs actual costs formaterials / services / contracts.
Should be ableto prepare cost reports for management. B.Sc. Eng or equivalent orDiploma in Mechanical / Instrument / Electrical / Civil Engineeringfrom a recognized university.
