Job Summary

  • Toproactively drive the business forward by opening accounts in linewith the business strategy and sector focus.
  • To develop business by working with trade counters, salesteams and departments etc.
  • To grow thebusiness in line with sector targets.
  • Tomaintain and develop accounts by lateral expansion and new productintroduction etc.
  • To ensure the customers areprovided with all appropriate information to ensure the safe andeffective use of the products.
  • To proactivelydevelop a broad understanding of the Arrow product range,
  • targeted accounts are fully aware of theArrow product range, pricing, and benefits.
  • Towork within the Arrow Management Team to meet and achieve margintargets for products.
  • To manage and reportsales figures to Management as required.
  • Toattend sales meetings, conferences and training courses whenrequested by the company.
  • To represent thecompany in a professional and ethical manner at alltimes.
  • To complete all reports as requested byArrow management in a timely and accurate manner.
  • To ensure all company equipment, samples, paperwork, andcar are kept in a clean and tidy manner.
  • Topromote good customer relationships and professional companyimage
  • To comply with all company policies andprocedures and ensure that all team members also conform to companypolicies and procedures and that measures are taken to maintain allcompany accreditations.
  • To ensure the workarea and environment is kept in a clean and tidy manner.
