They support the department by providing premier customer service to members and are considered the front of the house staff.
A customer service assistance strives to engage members in AA programs and activities and maintains up-to date personal files for each member.
Detailed Role and Responsibilities : Responsible for the welcome of the public to the AA venues.To assist and guide members in to classes and ensure classes do not run over capacity.
Supports the instructors by ensuring members are eligible for the desired activity / classes.Communicates regularly with members to engage them in all programs, activities, and events.
Develop and maintain professional relationships with members and add value to their experience with AA by providing accurate information on AA products and services.
Receive information from members regarding complaints or incidents and ensure that it is forwarded to the direct supervisor.
Maintains a personal updated file for each member of AAMust be familiar with all equipment in the facilities and may be able to carry out minor adjustments and report damages.
Make sure that AA members and visitors follow safety guidelinesEnsure medical, first aid and other supplies are regularly checked and replenishedEducation : Diploma / High SchoolExperience : 2-4 years of related experience (customer service) of which a minimum of 1 year should be in a similar position / responsibility, preferable in a similar industry.
Experience in office administrationKnowledge and computer competences.Job Type : Part-timeSalary : QAR3,000.00 to QAR4,500.
