What You Will BeDoing

  • Is a member ofthe hotel's executive office, and workscross-departmentally with all departments.
  • Reporting directly to the General Manager and providingadministrative and technical support for all his correspondence,schedule, meetings, reports, etc.
  • Keepingmeticulous records of all key correspondence / files / projectsrelated to the pre-opening, departmental projects, or any othertask assigned by the GM.
  • Maintainprofessionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials andmatters related to the GM or his correspondence.
  • Partaking in meetings when required, taking minutes,preparing reports and / or presentations as requested.
  • Able to work independently and plan your own dayefficiently around the GM’s schedule to initiateself-projects and constantly aim to improve dailyprocesses.
  • Strongly familiar with technology setting up and assisting with virtual meetings,managing online accounts, mobile apps, etc.
  • Has a perfect understanding and clear vision of thebrand's guest promise, is exemplary in their manner andbehaviour.
  • In collaboration with the heads ofdepartment, develops processes and defines or adjusts operationalactions enabling the hotel to deliver a product and service thatmatches the guest promise as closely as possible
  • Practices solving problemstechniques within the hotel.
  • Drives forward anapproach that fosters cohesion between the differentdepartments.
  • Contributes to changes in workingmethods at the hotel to bring about greater cohesion betweendepartments and encourages cross-departmental working, and providessupport for the introduction of organizational changes.
  • Work closely with department heads and coordinators toshare key information, liaise projects between HODs and the GM,provide support and constructive feedback and ensure a smooth andtimely communication throughout.
  • Presentyourself and the executive office with a positive image be yourself, be approachable and know that your role is a keysupport and bridge between all the hotel departments.
