Lead on scholar support, logisticsand administration and finance in all NUQ-IAS programs andprojects.
Help develop and manage NUQ-IAS sundergraduate and postdoctoral fellowships, including through theprovision of on-going, high quality, and supportive services andresources to fellows at the undergraduate and postdoctoral levels.
Help develop and oversee a visiting faculty fellowshipprogram.
Help establish, and manage, asManaging Editor, NUQ-IAS Press, including an innovative portfolioof publications related to NU-Q s mission and NUQ-IAS key themes.
Manage the logistics and promotion of multi-lingual and digitalpublications, in collaboration with the NU-Q Library.
Assist the Dean and CEO, NUQ-IAS staff, and NU-Q facultyin organizing high-quality and high-profile colloquia, speakersseries, workshops, and symposia on topics relevant to the Center sresearch.
Collaborate with NUQ-IAS staff andNU-Q faculty in researching, conceptualizing, preparing,submitting, and implementing relevant sponsored programs.
Support the Dean and CEO and institute staff inestablishing and managing meaningful collaborations withresearchers and research institutions who share NUQ-QIAS researchfocus and vision in order to foster new research that is bothglobally focused and locally relevant.
Assist the Dean and CEO with research and represent the Dean andCEO in any meetings related to logistics (administration andfinance, communication and public affairs, human resources,facilities, IT and production) at NU-Q andbeyond.
