To manage, lead and set guidelines for the team of Performance Officers to ensure that every aspect of the Cabin Crew development and daily operational tasks are met.
Ensure Cabin Crew members are motivated to provide consistently high standards of Customer Service. Provide support and assistance to the Manager Cabin Crew and Cabin Crew team.
Provide the Performance Officers with a forum for ongoing communication and feedback to the attainment of objectives and performance in core competency areas.
Ensure the standards of the Company are met by the Cabin Crew which can be achieved through the consultation between the Performance Officers and Cabin Crew.
Maintain inter-departmental communication through regular meetings.
Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years experience as Cabin Crew or in Customer Services in the Hospitality Industry, preferably in a Supervisory role.
3 years as a Performance Officer or equivalent with an International Airline of repute. Trained in both Cabin Services and SEP.
Well developed inter-personal skills. Excellent communication skills in both oral and written English.
Candidates who have completed Train the Trainer and Leadership Courses. recognized degree in Hospitality Management, Computer literate with knowledge of a computerized crew scheduling system and familiar with MS Office will be preferred.
