Doha Provide accurate and timely HR administration support (full cycle) to the Qatar Operational teams. You will be the first point of contact for all HR related queries.
Administer HR related documentation. Collect the new hire paperwork. Conduct New Hire orientations. Manage the Performance appraisal process.
Manage and solve daily queries. Prepare the monthly payroll changes and submit to accounting. Ensure all communication regarding employment is uploaded and saved within the HRIS system.
Participate in special HR projects. Manage and process the UPDA. If requested, manage the employees’ time sheet submission process.
Other daily items as required.Qualifications A University or College Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
5-6 years Professional experience . Experience in Qatar will be preferable. Experience with the UPDA process (Regisatration of Engineers) will be considered an asset.
Konowledge or Oracle HCM will be considered an asset. Excellent knowledge of the English language Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, Word and Excel)Personal characteristics Multitasking and attention to detail.
