  • Undertake the review andmonitoring of the Sector's HR Policy Governance Guide Bookimplementation and provide an executive summary on theimplementation status of the guidelines across the sector to theStrategic Total Rewards Advisor.
  • Preparepresentation material and provide required support and analysis tothe Strategic Total Rewards Advisor with regard to the areasrelated to Compensation, Policy or Performance Management in theE&I sector for obtaining management'
  • s decision andapprovals.

  • Assist the Strategic Total RewardsAdvisor by providing analytical and administrative support in thereview and facilitation of the approval process of the proposalsfrom the organizations within the sector.
  • Liaise and consult with the other sections i.e.Compensation, Policy and Performance Management, to keep up to datewith the latest developments with regards to the total rewardsstrategy and communicate amendments for the consideration of theStrategic Total Rewards Advisor.
  • Liaise andmaintain communications with the HR management and HR focal pointsfrom each company in the E&I sector as to assist inensuring that the HR related policies and procedures are alignedwith the guidelines.
  • Continuously undertakethe development and evaluation of the Sector's HR PolicyGovernance Guide Book and provide recommendations for theconsideration of the Strategic Total Rewards Advisor with the aimof greater alignment and healthy competition in the E&Isector.
  • Administer the main website as a toolfor communication between client company and the organizations inthe sector; assist the Strategic Total Rewards Advisor inconducting and hosting of regular events, including conferences,workshops and other educational programs.
  • Provide the Strategic Total Rewards Advisor with regularad-hoc reports which may include in-depth analysis on the totalpackage, salary structure information and or policies of theorganizations in the E&I sector, if and whenrequired.
  • Carry out other related duties suchas preparing special reports for presentation purposes and costcomparisons, undertake special and ad hoc confidential projects andreports in accordance with the strategic Total Rewards Advisor orManagement directive.
