Manage a portfolio of clients as per industry segments Develop and maintain client relationships according to Vodafone sales guidelines Is responsible for managing relations between business entities and customers including decisive planning and sales negotiations Develops and maintains robust sale pipeline to deliver results via Salesforce com CRM systemIdentify opportunities to upsell organize and lead account reviews Develop and maintain account plans to establish forecasts and anticipated revenue streams Provide solutions from the Vodafone product range that fit the client s requirements Ensure the funnel is kept up to date at all times on Salesforce com and CRM systems Set yearly forecast numbers and figures related to number of new connections and ARPU increase Develop profitable relationships with businesses in QatarClose deals that are profitable and high value to Vodafone Qatar Achieve monthly quarterly and annual target as set by the Sales Manager Ensure that business is conducted with integrity at all times and that behaviour is aligned to the Company s values Build personal relationships and trust with the accounts points of contacts Work within governance processes to ensure the best customer experienceMake revenue and contribution margin Conduct regular customer meetings at their premises 80 of time expected to be meeting clients and being on the road Update Sales Manager regularly as to progress against targetsInsure Salesforce com and CRM is up to date daily with all leads and all relevant client details Develop internal relationships that enable the delivery of the sales strategyAct as a large customer advocate to influence proposition related to acquisitions and client base growth Provide feedback on market trends competitor activity relevant to Vodafone s sales and marketing management Collaborate with wider sales team to ensure alignment of the sales activity across the Business segment Apply if you have the following Bachelor degreeB2B sales or and account management experience for at least 6 years Target orientated with proven ability to deliver results Cold calling and new business development experience Master Account Management conceptsExcellent communication skills Fluent Arabic is a preperredDemonstrates understanding and execution of Customer Relationship SellingDemonstrates a thorough understanding of customer s issues challenges business drivers Negotiates gains commitment Understands effective negotiation techniques seeks to apply them in most situations Is alert to customer buying signals identifies closing opportunities Ability to be inventive and resourceful Accurately consistently qualifies all sales opportunities Ability to work in challenging environment with multicultural teamsTechnical background in IT and network solutionsExperience in the GCC Market with be valuable Sounds like the corporate function you d like collaborate with At Vodafone we re always moving always growing and adapting It s this attitude and approach that has allowed us to build a continuous culture of development ensuring we re always streets ahead of our competitors and continue to attract and secure the best talent around What makes our Vodafone Qatar a great place to work It s simple really We challenge the business to move forward and in return can offer you no shortage of exciting projects designed to reassure growth and success Hard work is valued and rewarded with us and we can offer you a world of opportunities for future development and a culture that makes you truly proud to work here Commitment from Vodafone
