Proven working experience as HR Manager for minimum of 5 years Experience in Gulf Construction Trading Demonstrable experience in handling all HR functions and metrics Strong communication skills People oriented and results driven Knowledge of HR systems and databases Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills Excellent active listening negotiation and presentation skills Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company Indepth knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and HR best practices MBA in HR and additional certifications preferred
