About the Position : We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Field HR Generalist Fashion Doha, Qatar.

You will develop, manage, coordinate and administer a variety of programs and activities covering multiple HR activities.

In conjunction with and under the general direction of HR and / or Line Management may develop, manage and / or administer the organization’s compensation and benefit, recruitment, training, organization development, and employee relations programs.

The Generalist will operate in and be responsible for more than one of these areas and perform many of the same activities as professionals that specialize in these individual HR functions.

Additionally, you will; Manage the employees' relations in stores. Act as an advisor on the manpower planning for stores operations at budgeting time.

Act as an advisor for potential successors for stores key positions. Manage all store employees' related investigations, grievance and disciplinary cases.

Handle store employees' benefits programs pieces such as medical services. Act as the first point of contact when it comes to key HR communications with store team members.

About You : To be successful in winning this role, you should possess below attributes : Bachelors preferably in HR or related area.

2-3 years of experience with leading groups in similar or related role. Strong computer skills in MS office applications.

ERP knowledge (preferably SAP) is a definite advantage. Good analytical, presentation & reporting skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Having an eye for detail.

Planning and organizing, responsible, analytical mind, lateral thinking & good time management skills- must have a feel for figures in business environment (preferably retail). Team player.
