Create and maintain proper contract files, hard copy & soft copies.Report on unexecuted contracts and follow-up with suppliersManage supplier information in database and update contact status.
Resolve problems associated with contract ambiguities and obsolete provisions with legal staff.Required Technical Qualifications : A Bachelor’s degree in Legal, Finance or IT.
5+ years of experience in Contracts and vendors management.Ability to identify, analyze, and suggest solutions for problems, customer complaints, and client concernsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, including an impeccable mastery of the English languageClear adherence to company policies and procurement rules and regulations.
Good organization skills and the ability to multitask on several projects simultaneouslyKnowledge of negotiation best practices, both in-person and in written form, that considers cultural norms and the client's best interestsKnowledge of procurement rules and regulations.
