Acquire equipment and materialand monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies.
Hirecontractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities.
Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. And give themguidance when needed.
Evaluate progress and preparedetailed reports.
Ensure adherence to all health andsafety standards and report issues.
