Develop and maintain the QA Planand existing Manual.
Follow up QA Proceduresimplementation.
Communicate to respective teamthe QA System and monitor the implementation.
Identify non conformances and take preventive andcorrective actions.
Lead non-conformanceinvestigation with the relevant departments.
Promote to the team initiatives related toQuality.
Prepare specifications for purchaseof materials and equipment.
Assist in settingyearly Quality Objectives and Key PerformanceIndicators.
Assists as necessary theEngineering department in the evaluation and correction of specificquality control problems and issues.
PerformsQA / QC Checks, audits and reviews.
Manage thecontinuous Quality training, assessment and human factors of thestaff.
Maintain the Quality filesystem.
Performs all other duties, tasks andinitiatives contributing to the success of the company.
Requirements :
Bachelor degree in anengineering discipline.
Candidate should havea minimum of three year experience in similar role.
Extensive knowledge of certification requirements, rulesand regulations.
Excellent communication andpresentation skills.
Establish and maintainoutstanding interpersonal relationship skills.
Demonstrate creativity and originality.
Utilize conflict management and negotiationskills.
Exercise good organizational and timemanagement skills.
Manage multiple projects ofvarying complexity.
Applies knowledge togeneral rules to specific problems to exercise critical thinkingand problem solving skills.
