About Your Job :
In this role you will lead and manage all related procurement services such as Facilities, Capital Projects, Transportation, Ground Support equipment, Catering, Marketing & PR services, IT and Communications, Uniforms and other General indirect spend.
You will be responsible for developing category strategy, interfacing with colleagues of all levels and managing the supply to ensure best value for the company in line with its strategic, financial and operational requirements.
Key to your success will see you bring innovative ideas on how to mitigate cost during the specification development phase of products and services whilst developing supply market intelligence and products / services cost benchmarks.
You will deliver budget control / management of annual cost reduction targets and be accountable for decisions taken and project delivery.
You will be a leader who demonstrates determination, energy and enthusiasm, willing to work in a constantly evolving / growing environment and relishes a challenge.
About You :
You will have the ability to lead and manage multiple procurement projects in accordance to company’s strategic, financial and operational requirements.
You will have the ability to work independently, demonstrating forward planning, initiative and business process improvement while also taking responsibility for self and team development.
You will also have the ability to communicate effectively and develop a strong business relation with business units and stakeholders.
You will hold degree level education with minimum of 10 years’ experience in a procurement role within the airline industry, Middle East or strong product category experience.
You will display strong communications skills, numeracy and ability to present data clearly and accurately.
