  • Establish and proactively maintain a strongprofessional relationship with key decision makers and influencerswithin assigned accounts
  • Drive profitablesales expansion with a focus on acquiring new and re-engaging withdormant accounts, while growing existing clients
  • Gather and analyze market and industry intelligence,metrics, and trends to determine customer needs and identifyopportunities early in the sales cycle to ensure maximum share ofwallet for Element
  • Deliver businessdevelopment related presentations, negotiate, and close businesswith nominated accounts, working in coordination with locationbusiness development resources
  • Providepositive leadership and representation of Element to the public,customers, vendors, and to all employees through membership inprofessional organizations, serving on company project teams,conducting employee meetings and visiting work areas andinteracting with employees.
  • Represent company at industryassociation meetings to promote company and servicesoffered
