Job Qualification : Degree Qualifications & Experience in the same Industry.

Job Description :

One of our client is a leading Contractor in Qatar working on Commercial and Residential build projects. They are looking for Head of PR, HR & Admin to provide guidance to all Departments in all PR and Human Resource matters.

This role would be reporting directly to the General Manager

Responsibilities : HR&A :

HR&A :

  • Develop and administer a frill range of Human Resource Policies and Programs, including, recruiting, compensation, performance management, manpower planning and control, employee training, etc...
  • Receive and respond to queries from Department Heads regarding recruiting, salary adjustments, visas, RPs, employee performance, training, warnings, terminations...
  • Respond to employee questions regarding leaves, medical benefits, termination benefits, loans etc.
  • Assign all bachelor and married status housing.
  • Supervise the Travel Section responsible for booking all management and personnel travel, hotels, airport pick-ups, VIP service etc.
  • Prepare reports and correspondence to keep management up-to-date on Human Resource and Administration issues.
  • PR :

  • Manage and supervise Public Relation team, and delegate assigned tasks to accomplish the following :
  • Applications related to General Directorate of Immigration and Passports, CDD, Ministries, Embassies etc.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of the Qatari labor law, as well as stay up to date on government authorities’ rules,
  • procedures and process to keep the PR / HR abreast.

  • Knowledge and thorough follow-up on company classification certificate.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of company and employee documents at all times.
  • Translates a variety of documents including literary, legal, technical, educational, and commercial materials

  • University Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience as a Public Relations Manager along with HR knowledge for a multinational business in Qatar.
  • Must have excellent communication skill in English and Arabic Language (Written & Spoken).
  • Knowledge of Qatar Labor markets and Labor regulations, etc...
  • Ability to deal effectively with sensitive personnel problems.
  • Ability to work in high-stress environments, often for long hours.
  • Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management.
  • Must be well organised and flexible-able to deal with a variety of issues at the same time, able to set priorities and work to deadlines.
